Pros
Good benefits. Cafeteria on site. Gym on site with shower facilities. Free parking. Discount tickets offered to local ski resort, playland, movies, etc. Volleyball teams and tournamentin the summer. Many staff have own offices which is great for privacy and getting stuff done.
Cons
Pay scales are below market. Senior management out of touch with workers. Inconsistent application of policies among various groups of employee. Senior management gets bonuses but that does not extend to workers who actually do the work. No pay raises even when company is making money. Some workers treated like commodity, especially among the accounting group.
