Pros
Leading edge of technology; great working environment with great common lunch area with free coffee and tea and milk and with everyone getting an individual office, with good salaries.
Cons
No annual bonuses; way too many unnecessary meetings; way too many levels of middle management who are not productive at all (the people at the bottom are the ones who really produce results). A lot of middle managers, including engineers, show up only part time but draw full-time salaries because they are on good terms with certain upper management personnel. A lot of people are hired without merit through connections with upper management.
