      Pros

      Working on interesting projects/topics with smart, engaging co-workers. Flex time, free gym, free parking.

      Cons

      IT restrictions make business-relevant work such as web research, installing Python libraries, and work in the cloud very difficult. Poor change management, understanding of employees' needs/requirements before rolling out new initiatives/management structures. No parental leave beyond EI.
