We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and the work you’ve done over the past year. It’s great to hear that you’ve found value in the flexibility, benefits, and compensation offered in your role. We also understand that frequent changes and expanding responsibilities can be challenging. While we aim to evolve in ways that benefit both customers and employees, your feedback is a helpful reminder that change should be purposeful and clearly communicated. We hope you'll consider adding your feedback via HR Connect so we can take further action. Your review will also be shared with our People Experiences team. Thank you again for your comments and for helping us power prosperity for the customers and communities we serve.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
