Customer survey feedback is crucial for your metrics, and we've all skipped past taking surveys after being provided a service. It definitely gives you a greater appreciation for others in the customer service industry. You're working with clients on camera one-way; so they see you, but you don't see them. You're nervous at first, but soon get over it when you're helping them through their issue.
