Pros

Company really seems to care about the employees, and they don't just say that - they back it with impressive benefits and bonuses. Management even pushes employees to take days off. Spotlights bonuses are great motivation to make employees work hard and get appreciated for it. Management is really open to critical comments and pointed questions. Every quarter there is an open opportunity company wide to ask the CEO questions live and anonymously. Hybrid office/home work from here on out! The company is poised for great growth after the corona and with the purchase of credit karma.

Cons

The company has been very slow to open the offices back up. Promotions require a minimum time in a position, regardless of how good you are.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
