Pros

Intuit is a small company with big company attributes: Only $ 3 billion revenue, but six major components. Therefore, there are many interesting opportunities for employees and yes, rotation does happen in a thoughtful way. The most important is the Tax division that is headquartered in San Diego. The second most important division is small business, headquartered in Mountain View. These two campuses have wonderful facilities and talent everywhere. Truly great places to work at from that perspective.

Cons

Unfortunately, the two large divisions are exactly where the culture has deteriorated. In fact, San Diego is on its third non-employee focused, impersonable leader. The Small Business Division just recently went down hill, with massive lay-offs, executed in a most inpersonable manner, but nevertheless with generous severance packages.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
