Pros

1) Nice company with good work culture and values. Lives by its values. 2) Competitive compensation and benefits 3) Good scope for Horizontal growth provided people showing willingness to Learn

Cons

1) Lot of buzz around Innovation, but results don't show it in terms new products. But innovation does happen with adding new features to existing products or making customers life easier. 2) Vertical growth has been challenging. People who talks move up faster than people who actually works. 3) Lot of time and money spent towards extra curricular activities and marketing. At a times it felt unnecessary. Not sure if HR wants to prove that they have work to do. 4) Rewards and Recognitions - Its Good. But to get Annual Awards, Top Guns Awards - it solely depends on directors discretion. If director knows you well, then chances of getting Annual Award is more. This actually happens in Intuit India. Politics wins.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
