Pros
The product is good, the people that you work with are good but that's were it stops.
Cons
Management is incompetent to lead a Salesforce. the company hires uni grads and ruins them as potential future sales reps, the only metrics that is important is the number of meeting booked: quantity over quality. there is no clear training path or well throughout plan once a meeting has been booked. Only a select few reps get proper training passed the fundamentals. There is no clear strategy on how to grow the business, just spray and pray. To entice new staff member the company post what looks like reasonable wages, however, this is misleading as the company is giving you a 15K commission upfront divided over 12 months, which means that the first 15K commission that you make has to be paid back to the company. (So a 60K base salary is, in fact, a 45K base salary) This is the most demotivating thing you can do to any sales professional. Existing Team members are being pushed out by the company in favour of competitor Reps, the organisation has a bully culture and management that has no real understanding of how to maintain and grow a sales team.
