InfoTec Research Group offers a comprehensive benefits package underwritten by Desjardins at both the Professional and Executive level.
Full coverage, easy billing, $500 for each massage, physio, chiro, etc
The benefits are very limited.
As basic as possible. No retirement plan of any kind
Benefits are hardly worth it and are the worst I've ever seen. Also, HR misinformed coverage so make sure you know what you sign up for - especially for family and extended benefits.
No RSP matching or Pension plan. Health, Dental benefits 80 percent coverage. Introduced work from home 1 day/wk in 2019.
It is the best as it offers every thing that you get in top companies and is really caring for employees when they need it the most
No RRSP, decent standard benefits. Most 'perks' are dispensed at the discretion of senior management: good luck getting your "unlimited vacation" or "lieu time" requests approved if you're not among the favoured few. But the free fruit is great, until a disgruntled colleague takes it all home after hours as a way for them to feel better about their situation. And the EAP is good - you'll be happy you have professional mental health resources to take advantage of it, believe me!
The company rewards tenure with very generous paid extended leaves. I spent 2 months abroad with my family thanks to ITRG.
best is life insurance and worst is vacation policy
There are little to no real benefits that stand out. Yah, they provide some base level stuff but it's pretty nominal. There is no working from home, matching for pension, they even cut their EAP from 12 hours to 4. There are some stupid perks like booze, fruit and a slide but that's about it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
