Cons
Non existent bonus Continuous pressure to sell Leaders not very open to new approaches, experimentation. Old timers have fixed mindset and do not budge to new approaches. All the buzz about innovation and cutting edge research in Qauntum, Watson etc, does not translate to progressive thinking and mindset opening , as whatever worked in the past, lets stick and stay with that approach, lot of group-think, higher up its old boys club mentality!
