This department has a high turnover, managers are okay but unfortunately, the high turnover is because of them. People are spread thin, with a million things to remember about Harrod's different services. Recruits are not trained properly. Must rely on making friends quickly to even learn about the functioning of departments. No customer service training with VIP clientele or in general. Most SA were brought to tears because of management behavior and left because of it.
