      Pros

      Get training and support from the L&D team. Constant recognition for sales associates. Great place to build a career. Excellent employee benefits and everyone is supportive and friendly.

      Cons

      Recognition for management is very limited, often just forgotten about. Great to build your career, but once you get to a certain level the room for progression gets more difficult. Leaving you to develop what you've built outside the company.

      It was Posh and Becks, duh !!!!
