Pros
Harris is a supportive employer with benefits that combine both the expected and necessary benefits a full time employer should provide with unexpected personal enrichment benefits that were a nice surprise. It is also very well equipped for work from home scenarios.
Cons
Working remotely can be intrinsically alienating and it gets a bit lonely being in my office on my own five days a week. It is also sometimes difficult to remember to shut-down at the end of the day and be away from work when it is always right there in my home and on my phone.
