They have a good private health insurance, good pension too,holidays and time off.At all the package is very good
They provide good work space but unfortunately I got a very dishonest manager which ruins every thing

The benefits package is pretty standard from what I understand. We are also provided with a yearly lifestyle rewards dollar amount that can be used towards gym memberships, courses, entertainment, etc. Depending on your role and business unit, travel to annual conferences and Christmas parties is all included as well.

The overall compensation package is amazing! My favorite perks of working with Harris are the 3 weeks vacation as the standard, plus 5 personal days per year, plus Dental, medical, and eyewear plan, plus the flexibility to work from home when needed, plus the RRSP and Employee share ownership plan is very attractive to me! Plus the personal computer purchase program, PLUS the lifestyles rewards program! I can go on but I think the point is clear. The compensation package is top notch!
