Pros

Great Health Benefits (full vision, medical, and dental), Good Stock Purchase plan, Good 401k, Good work environment, Emphasis put on learning how to do your job better, EA University provides a great opportunities to improve your skills, Opportunities given to move around the company, nice facility, flexible work hours, respect of your personal time, plenty of time off

Cons

Compensation lower in comparison to other bay area companies (at least in the customer service department), Politics are sometimes involved when positions are chosen, it is a large corporation so it can be easy to get lost, sometimes changes in policy take longer to make because it is such a large company

Pros

A lot of good and smart people that are able to create good work together.

Cons

Restructuring every year, nepotism, no clear path for career progression at all, senior leadership isn’t communicating clearly, acquisition communication has been non-existent, layoffs are a constant factor and fear, unclear why some people get promoted and many high performers do not
