Pros
I think this company truly values its employees and does a great job in giving challenging and rewarding opportunities to advance one's career. It is very easy to get exposure to executives within the organization on a daily basis. The professional development program is superb, and the company has invested a lot of time and energy into developing training programs, especially over the last year or two.
Cons
Within advisory, it can be difficult to strike a good work life balance. The higher your level within the organization, the more responsibility one has for sales, which can be a challenge for those who do not like sales. Also, working in a partnership essentially means that one can have many different "bosses," which can challenge the work-life balance even more because you must please them all in order to have them help sponsor you for partner eventually. It's a tough life, but can be lucrative for those who want to put in the hours to achieve it.
