Good starting vacation - 3 weeks. Lots of time off in the summer. No vacation during busy season. Give employee fitness perks including $1,00 0 fitness expense

Firm determines what finacial institutions should handle your pension money slthough it is a defined contribution plan. If one want good health benefits, will pay out of own pock et as 1200 credits are not enough. Ehen you get the highest coverage, thar ypu pay for, ypu get massages, gym allowance $1000 .

The so called 'discounts' . Not really discounts at all. And vacation? absolutely poor to the point where you have to pay for extra days that should just be part of the deal.

The fitness reimbursements are excellent. As well, the technology reimbursement for your phone is helpful. There are per-diem amounts for overtime meals as well.

Benefits package at EY is pretty decent. 4 weeks vacation as manager and up. Fitness reimbursement for $1000. Health benefits are more than ample. Education credits as well.

2 weeks vacation for junior non-accounting employees. You had amounts taken off your paycheque (more than just LTD amounts) to get your benefits.
