Additional vacation in the summer and a fitness allowance.
Has all the standard benefits you'd expect from a large corporate company. All the health stuff, prescription drugs, dental, vision, physio, chiro, podiatrist etc.. and exercise benefits. It's enough for a young person, more niche things I haven't looked into.
