      Growing the business. Good bonuses and incentives.

      Cons

      Very lean and put a lot on their employees. Lots of folks starting to burnout.Some of the senior leaders create chaos with their last minute demands or change expectations on folks unexpectedly

      Everyone is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, I also felt that the pay was very good considering this was my first internship.

      Cons

      Since it is a refinery, the location is terrible. They didn't have return opportunities either.
