Pros

A very people oriented culture, actively work in a collaborative fashion. Your experience particularly from the outside is valued. A solid set of values set on improving customer experience, improving controls and being well managed. This is evident in some of the improvement activities which are being performed. Some very interesting perks , a gym, a great canteen. Commitment to improvement.

Cons

Can be a bit hit and miss dependant on the department you work for. Those departments which can deliver revenue growth are seen as sexy, whereas as those areas tasked with loss mitigation can be a far tougher environment and have lower employee engagement. In some areas it is still target driven, which is positive in terms of focus, but the mindset in some areas is not necessarily about doing right just getting an outcome and can be highly competitive. This does lead in some cases to games at associate level to try the teflon approach to divert blame which can be counter productive to good teamwork. The tactical approach is very evident and as a result can create additional unnecessary work. Whilst it is evident that there has been investment in systems to assist employees these are not necessarily optimised.

Pros

Environment was good, food was decent, free food at my location (dont know if it was allowed but it was good)

Cons

The rittenhouse location is managed by a tyrant, he is an incredibly toxic man and upper management make it the most unbearable place to work. Andy will ask you to come in on days you're not scheduled, and then hold it over your head if you don't. Talks about employees behind their backs constantly. No respect enforced employees talked about each other all the time and there was even name calling in meetings, management did nothing. Worst place I've ever worked in my life frankly and affected my mental health in the worst way. Glad to be out out of there. The place itself has potential but the management at the Rittenhouse branch and above them is absolutely terrible in every regard.
