Pros
Smart and caring people with lots of talent. Enjoyable if you are working on projects with collaborative team, but often than not, it is like a body shop, where people are sent to client projects to deliver work.
Cons
It is all about utilisation, although there are several components to performance evaluation. If your utilisation is low, it is your own fault for not bringing in opportunities. There have been redundancies within the organisation for a long time, but people are told not to tell anyone. What we see are sudden, unexpected departures from the company. There is lots of secrecy around this. Although it brags about work-life balance, the reality is people are working more hours than recognised, with many working the normal 8 hours and extras for business development, internal tasks and initiatives. There is a lot of pressure for people to be in the office 3 days a week, so although they talk about flexibility, if you are not there, you're not a team player.
