Pros

The people were really nice. I enjoyed engaging with my co-workers in the office. I learned a lot from the teams I was on and just people I met in the office. I liked that there were opportunities to gain professional experiences as a junior consultant even in non-billable roles. Lots of resources for upskilling and in person learning events.

Cons

There is not much notice when laid off, the employment is terminated same day. Company has not been great with making junior consultants billable even if they are performing well.

Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
