-Hybrid working mode -Good base salary (higher than average companies) -Medical benefits for spouse and child + dental benefit up to RM1800 -Opportunities to work with top MNC clients as Capgemini serves them
Cons
-Depends on client, task workload may varied from time to time, overall still acceptable but expect long hours during peak -When deployed to client side, we may need to complete the mandatory trainings from the client, but we also need to complete our mandatory trainings with Capgemini, double whammy, on top of that Capgemini required atleast 45 hours minimum per year for learning hours -lacking additional benefits, no additional allowance, no OT allowance
