The toxic, hostile, and generally unpleasant atmosphere fostered by management has plagued the workplace. Capgemini has numerous drawbacks, including a lack of opportunities, unequal chances for project assignments or meaningful tasks, untrained and incompetent managers, and an overall deficiency in support and career development for middle to senior-level employees. This company severely impacted my mental health, and I would never recommend anyone pursue a career here.
