Stay away - Consultant Capgemini Employee Review

Extremely unorganized and unprofessional company. They do not care about or value employees. I was not able to truly make connections or feel part of a team. The interview process was not done correctly and I ignored some red flags. They did not stick to their word. Work Life balance was nonexistent. They will let you go without warning or fault in your part, simply because they feel like doing so.
