      Pros

      Good for freshers. Please leave after two years bond. Easy interview to crack. No work so enjoy work life balance. Manager doesn't care about employees. They will copy and paste the same reviews for all the employees. Managers rarely ask for feedback once in two years. No management to take care of the employees.

      Cons

      Experienced candidates should not join. Only for freshers. Don't waste your career unless you want to. Poor work culture. Senior management have no idea how to implement ideas and to create inclusive work place .
