Pros

Decent place to get foot in the door type when starting new or taking a break in between your career transition.

Cons

Extreme boys club, 0 diversity, women are not treated well and instead of giving them voice they shut them down. Average work, organization itself requires big transformation and vision, too many silos and duplications in the organization, very sales focused which takes aways the client focus. Old Indian boys who supports one another and creates no room at the top for others. Lip services for diversity but bad place for women overall. People are overworked in useless and operational things. The CEO (Global and US) needs to shake up things and break the boys club culture. No voice from him (US CEO) ever heard within the organization. The board and shareholders should pay some attention and look into internal core issues. Capgemini can struggle and disappear like how big giant Nokia did!! If you are a women aspired to do well in your career, move on look somewhere else.

Pros

Pretty flexible. It's cool if you get on a project with a good client, because honestly you will become like a low-class employee at that company who they all dont care about and expect you not to be around very long so if you can deal with that then you can try and have a good time with them.

Cons

Honestly can't believe the audacity and entitlement of the middle management at this place. For example, last year everybody got about 3% merit raises (not at all keeping up with inflation but still something). This year, they were working with the same pool of funds to work with for raises, but made a "business decision" to consolidate the raises to only management. The rest of us got nothing. And the TOLD us they kept everything for themselves. And in addition to that, they twisted the knife by COMPLAINING to the whole department on a department call that their bonuses weren't enough. Just tone-deaf and careless mostly.
