Pros
Good culture - good business controls balance between box-ticking compliance/red-tape and real business nous/fly-by-pants. Less dysfunctional: The gap between management-speak and management-do is the smallest I have seen in any organisation. Genuine sense of "belonging" and "helping to make it a better place" Great place to grow ideas - you really are supported when you come up with a good idea or a good plan.
Cons
Less developed infrastructure - you have to do more for yourself than at other consultancies.
