      Promotion criteria are tough. Before joining in, set your position to high enough that you do not need to look @ it in coming 3 years.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
