      Interesting job where you can learn a lot about technlology. It can be much worse in terms of salary and opportunities but it is not the best.

      Cons

      Do not expect an increase in salary. Do not expect acknowledgement for your work. There are too many people in the company so that you can get noticed.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
