Pros
Awesome team (AX), great work-life balance and flexible worktime. PMs are very capable. Salary is mid-high with respect to industry standards. Days go fast and I never had the impression of being oppressed in the office, as the athmosphere is very relaxed.
Cons
Lack of communication, sometimes insufficient organisation and coordination of people. The team needs more mid-level consultants. Lack of training apart the on-the-job one.
