Pros
Big campus and offices. The payroll has been given to Hinduja group, which gives a good clarity on the compensation part.
Cons
There are many cons 1. No work life balance across the projects. 2. Surveys on peacon is just an eyewash. 3. WFH is a farce here, your leaves, public holidays and other offs (comp off etc] are not considered, you have to compensate those too with your presence. 4. No clarity on appraisal system, no guidance to new joinees. But you will keep getting warning emails instead of guidance emails. 5. There is no work life balance at all, even if you are on vacation, expect calls from the projects and the company. 6. There is no HR or any human face to the company 7. No choice of choosing projects as per your interest, you are compelled to accept the project given, else be ready for the consequences of being on bench.
