Joining is easy, the interviews are not hard, and people are generally easygoing.
Cons
There is no job security. They're hiring you because the customer needs you. Once the project is finished, you will most likely be fired, unless you find a new contractor role. This means you will have to change jobs every one to two years. I'm not racist, but it seems like they're another H-1B company for Indians, since I was the only foreigner among the 30+ software engineers.
