It is encouraging to know that the overall coordination and experience met your expectations and supported you during the initial phase of your journey.
We also acknowledge your feedback regarding the SPOC speaking a little fast. We understand that onboarding sessions often cover a large amount of information—such as documentation requirements, HR and IT processes, compliance, internal tools, and next steps—within limited time, and the pace of communication can directly impact how comfortably a new joiner is able to absorb and retain key details. Your input is valuable, and we will share it with the relevant teams to reinforce the importance of maintaining a clear, inclusive pace, pausing at regular intervals, and allowing adequate time for questions and clarification. We also continue to strengthen onboarding support by encouraging SPOCs to share written summaries, key links/resources, and follow-up guidance after sessions so that new joiners can revisit important information when needed.
