Some of the best employees I have worked with in my career.
Cons
Company initiated a plan called unleashed, which is a code name for a Reduction In Force. Many outstanding employees were given notice with out warning who were not performances issues. Severance policy is the lowest in the IT Outsourcing industry. All communication goes through a email box vs. a person. After being out on the job market, I realized I had fallen way behind my peer group in the market from a compensation point of view. Hard to give a great review overall!
