Only place I have worked in which management actively encourages employees to try out different jobs and work in different departments. Very smart people who are, naturally, competitive. But that competitiveness doesn't get in the way of what has become a close-knit family. Comes from classic tech/advertising start-up roots and still maintains much of that feel within its offices
