      - Structured work processes - Friendly people - Great time-off policies - encourage to take courses to improve knowledge - good compensation and benefit package - Work Life Balance

      Cons

      I personally didn't come across any cons except that there is an extreme requirement to the dedication of your time to work and socializing with teams. Sometimes if you have a lot of responsibilities, there is no time to socialize.
