Director of program management for FCIB is a poor manager. No strong leadership qualities. Clueless about her responsibilities. Steve is a great boss. Sets strategic goals and objectives for the team. VL prefers to spend CIBC time and finances at FCIB Barbados location. This needs to be further looked in to. We are not making any headway under her poor leadership. VL treats employees terribly and is disrespectful.
