Pros
It was a challenging and interesting environment in which I learned about product life cycles, management information systems, global risk management and process analysis and improvement while working with colleagues in Finance, Security, Compliance, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales and Technology.
Cons
Still reacting to the financial crisis of the past by discounting and laying off experienced employees in the name of cost savings. The usual frustrations of working in a giant bureaucracy. A very conservative company that follows trends rather than innovating and leading.
