depending on who your leader is, that work life balance culture that Amex preaches by can be affected... compensation is barely keeping up with the cost of living, especially in NY... Political game play is always an issue... its very difficult to grow and follow a career path if you are focused on a particular part of the business. To be successful you must be willing to take any job in the company at any point regardless of your interest.
