Pros
- Leadership, even the C-Suite, is very accessible and eager for feedback on anything and everything - The culture is phenomenal. People are kind, friendly, hard-working, collaborative, and down-to-earth - Work/life balance for me is manageable. We are even piloting a 4-day workweek in July/August 2022 with an emphasis on trusting employees. - Benefits are fantastic. I have the bare minimum and do not pay any monthly fees for health, vision, and dental insurance. - The HR team (to me at least) actually cares about employees
Cons
- Product innovation is speeding along nicely, however, there are still some gaps to fill to be able to have parity with CX competitors like Medallia and Qualtrics
