To accommodate a diverse workforce, Vision Critical offers a benefits package that is all about choices. Moving away from the one-size-fits-all approach, employees are given the opportunity to choose from three flexible benefits plans that best meet their unique needs. Depending on which plan is selected, employees may have the option to direct flex credits into either a health spending account (e.g., unused portions of heath, vision and dental claims), lifestyle spending account (e.g., fitness expenses, alternative health and wellness services, education and personal development), or Group RRSP.
Included in the core benefits is MyCare which offers employees and their eligible dependents affordable and timely access to world-renowned Mayo Clinic expertise in the event of a serious illness or major orthopedic condition. This will help fast track them through the diagnosis so they can get on the path to recovery quickly.
To help employees prepare for life after work, Vision Critical offers an RRSP, matching 100% of a member’s regular contribution up to a maximum contribution of 3% of earnings or $4,000 per calendar year (whichever is lower).
