Company that did well, but is falling behind - Anonymous employee Alida Employee Review

Compensation is below the average of the market in most cities. High turnover, layoffs have been happening almost every year for the past few years (3 years or so). VC HAD a really good culture and talent in the late 2000s, but the company couldn't retain it, especially after many waves of new management. A terrible internal system including expense reports that take forever to do! Unclear product position. The product was original created for market research - the company went through multiple waves of rebranding and repositing - first as an insights management tool, and now as CXM tool. The product has not changed tho!
