It was once one of the best companies in Toronto but those days are long gone.
Cons
The board appointed a new CEO, who brought in his puppet CTO. The CTO then filled key roles with her own circle, installing puppet VPs. A quick look at those VPs LinkedIn profile shows a pattern of short tenures at random companies, with no substantial consistent product experience. New appointment seems to be driven more by allegiance than ability, turning leadership into a closed loop of loyalty over merit.
