‘3 week plus lots of other off time ad hoc through year.’
Really good benifits, would love if we can work post-covid remote too.
Flex vacation can easily be under-utilized
Great variety of benefits. Coverage for all needs, covers sick time, disability, vision, health and dental.
the benefits are good but do not kick i. u til 3 months working at the company. there are caps on treatments so if you go to a reoccurring treatment your insurance will cap fast
Culture promotes healthy life balance.
Achievers offers a competitive benefits package and additional perks
Pros: -Weekly Crossfit class as a group -Group Discount on Good Life Membership -Group Discount (2018) for Bike Share Program -Small Group Discount for monthly TTC pass -Quarterly in-office visits from acupuncturist & massage therapist Cons: -Outdated insurance coverage: leans more towards traditional coverage like drug plans, but does not fully take into account more modern approaches to health (minimal coverage for things like naturopathy, massage therapy, physical therapy, etc. ) -Need doctors notes for more modern treatments which discourages the use of natural treatment options (usually doctors' notes are obtained during the day so you'll miss work which reduces productivity)
