Pros

1) This was once a great company where they cared about their employees and you got to share your opinions and felt heard. 2) Appreciate the recharge days during summer period where you get to take Fridays off right before a holiday. 3) Good office space and most people are nice to work with and appreciate the events they host in the office

Cons

It just feels like a sinking ship at this point, there have been too many leadership changes and every time there is a new management change, there are new rules and policies and the goal post is always being moved. Just like any other tech companies, we overhired a ton of employees and as a result, we had to lay off a bunch of them and they phrase restructuring or putting our efforts else where - which really means more layoffs. We always talk about frequent recognition but we never practice what we preach, recognition only goes to the top performers. They started forcing people to go into the office 2 days a week this year, despite all the research out there that says otherwise. The recently enforced 3 days in the office a week and everyone is predicting 5 days a week in the near future. Achievers is just not moving fast enough as other competitors out there and we are losing good talent and customers because our product team is not listening to anyone else but themselves. It's a sinking ship.

The company went through a good deal of change in the past few years, but the current environment and leadership team has put the business back on a great trajectory
