      confusing if you're new - Everyday Banking Associate ATB Financial Employee Review

      good pay and decent benefits

      Cons

      very very very poor training. they assume you came in from the frontline, so if you came from another financial institution, they do no training for their very complicated computer systems. a few half days and a handful of examples, and you're sent out to work.
