      - Great culture - Great people - Lots of flexibility in terms of where to work. Multiple office locations and work from home allowed. - Total compensation and benefits are top notch.

      Cons

      - Things can move slow. - Too many layers of leadership in some areas, which causes things to move slow. - Personally, the industry isn't that exciting.
