Thank you for your outstanding review, we love hearing about our post-secondary students’ experiences! The ATB 101 program is designed to challenge post-secondary students like yourself while ensuring you have meaningful accomplishments and real-world achievements to speak about at the end of your summer – experiences that you wouldn’t find anywhere else. We’re pleased that you were able to take advantage of these opportunities to grow professionally and personally during your time with us…and that you had fun doing it! While hiring for the ATB101 program we had the pleasure of meeting an abundance of talented and driven young people. In fact, we met so many shinning stars that sometimes we didn’t have any more positions in their field of study, but that didn’t stop us from seeing the value they had to add to ATB. In these cases we had open conversations with the candidates letting them know they wouldn’t be placed in their field of study but that we were still happy to bring them on board for the summer. As ATB101 continues to grow, we will look for ways to improve the experience to ensure that our students are getting the most out of this program. We hope that you were able to take advantage of our Connections strategy to meet with professionals from your field throughout the summer regardless of where you were placed in the organization.
