Cons
The compensation does not always reflect the increasing cost of living. While the benefits are good, benefits alone do not pay the bills or provide long-term financial security for employees. Although some systems have improved over the years, many processes remain unnecessarily complex, bureaucratic, and time-consuming. System instability and operational inefficiencies continue to create frustration for both employees and clients.
